Job Title: Graduate Trainee Recruitment Headhunter

Are you fluent in French or German to a Business Level

Salary: £20k basic plus excellent commission- 1st yr OTE £40k, 2nd yr OTE £ 60k

Location: Wimbledon

The Role:

Recruitment Consultancy is a fast paced sales role where you will be given huge amounts of responsibility at an early stage in your career. Your job will be very varied but will comprise of ;

* Identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships and managing a client database

* Developing a network of candidates and managing their aspirations and career search

* Managing your clients and candidates recruitment process from initial interview to offer stage

* Focusing on the importance of service delivery and client relationship management (CRM).

The Company

The company is privately owned having been set up by the former Sales Director of Europe's largest IT recruiter. He is 35 years old and full of ambition. Having set up 3 years ago, they now are 52 people across 4 offices (London, Leeds, Singapore and Hong Kong) and they are looking to increase that number significantly over the next 12 months.
The company offers an environment where it is truly 'work hard, play hard'. All the consultants are ambitious, motivated and very hard working but they all like a drink together on a Thursday after work.
You will receive excellent training from their management team who all have a wealth of experience but most importantly, are proven at what they do. This really is an exciting opportunity to get into a firm who are cash rich, yet still in their infancy meaning in 5 years time, you could be a big fish in an ever growing pond!

Are you well suited to being a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?

To be successful you need:

* 2.1 Degree or equivalent (2.2 will be accepted with other extracurricular activities & achievements)

* Entrepreneurial flair and drive

* Ability to network

* Confident, presentable, dynamic, enthusiastic and gregarious personality

* Motivation to earn life changing sums of money and be a high achiever

* Strong work ethic with a desire to "go the extra mile" to deliver a top quality service

* Exposure to a sales or an office environment would be advantageous
