Salary: £20K Base + Uncapped Commission. Yr 1 OTE £45k, Yr 2 OTE £70k, Yr 3 OTE £100k
If you are willing to work hard as a recruitment consultant you can make unbelievable earnings as a trainee recruitment consultant! Uncapped commission with a generous commission structure means you are in control of your earnings. One recruitment consultant earned £150k in their second year and started within the company as a fresh graduate.
You do not need any previous recruitment consultancy experience as training will be given, however, you MUST bring your personality. As a trainee recruitment consultant you will be given the training and the tools needed to excel. You will be responsible for building your own desk, via cold calling and networking, as well as sourcing your candidates via headhunting, advertising, networking and the company database. You will then need to match your candidates to clients and vice versa. Finally it will be your responsibility to negotiate contracts and close deals.
