Do you want to start your career as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant based in Dublin? Are you finding your current earnings capped and potentially limited within sales? €25,000 Base Salary with Uncapped Commission.. Year 1 - €55K OTE Year 2 - €100,000 OTE

Who we are looking for:

• Money motivated individuals who want career progression within a recruitment role and an immediate start.
• Confident and well rounded individuals with exceptional communication skills.
• Articulate and determined individuals reflected in extra-curricular activities from team-sports or work experience.
• Graduates with 2:2 in your chosen degree, preferably with sales experience.

What the role will entail

• Market leading training as a recruitment consultant from day one.
• Cold calling clients to win new business.
• Advertising jobs online.
• Searching internal and external databases to attract new candidates.
• Screening CV’s and interviewing candidates.
• Maintain and develop successful client relationships.
