Graduates required for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, for an established recruitment firm focused on specialist markets across Financial Services. Their primary markets are Treasury, Finance, Risk & Audit. You will specialise in placing candidates both domestically and internationally.
Location: Bank, City of London
OTE: £20,000 base salary; £40,000 - £50,000 Year 1, by Year 2 £70,000

Position: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Looking to increase headcount by 50% in 12 months
- New York office opening Quarter 1 of 2016
- Placing into salaries of £50K - £120K
- £20,000 base inc £3000 travel card
- iPhone after 3 months
- Private healthcare after 3 months
- Make first 6 placement and get promoted to Consultant
- 30% commission on all placements
- Annual trip has 3 targets - UK, Europe and Luxury International Trips
- Annual high fliers targets
- Weekly nights out and days out - Sailing on yachts, Ascot etc
Entering into Recruitment as a Graduate to a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Working alongside the Partner on a hot desk
- Delivering high calibre candidates into live roles
- Getting hands on training from the Partner himself
- Last year Top Consultant billed £200k in one quarter
- Taking over key accounts and actively attending client and candidate meetings
