Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 + uncapped commission OTE £45,000 Year1, £60,000 Year 2, £70,000 Year 3.

What your role as a Graduate Trainee Recruiter will entail:

You will become a specialist within your niche vertical market specialism, with a large part of your day being spent on the phone building your client and candidate database. You will be given the responsibility to go out of office to build and maintain client relationships and to identify strong specialist candidates and increase your market knowledge.

Candidate Requirements:

- On entering a Graduate Role - Degree (& sales experience is a bonus)

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
