Kernow Ed NQT Pool working in partnership 2015

Kernow Ed is currently recruiting and developing an NQT Pool and require NQT supply teachers for regular work in the North Cornwall and St Austell Areas, we currently work closely with a number of schools in the local area and have a raft of opportunities. We are looking for NQTs to cover day-to-day, long term and possible permanent positions.

The NQT will be confident teaching across the specialist curriculum area, Furthermore, the NQT teacher will be highly skilled, qualified and flexible to cover a range of assignments in different schools in order to ensure their smooth running in times of staff absence.

This role would suit NQTs looking for first-hand classroom experience. It is an excellent opportunity for those with a qualification in teaching to further expand their knowledge of different teaching environments in order to create future job opportunities. This is an opportunity for NQT to develop the skills they have learned and become outstanding teachers. All schools are unique to them and are different; NQT’s who undertake long-term placements in a variety of schools generally become good strong teachers understanding a variety of teaching methods and ways. In order to be considered for the Kernow Ed NQT Pool, the following criteria must be met:

Must hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS
Have strong behavioural and communicative skills
Must be flexible
