An excellent opportunity has arisen within a leading multiple award winning digital agency for an Account Executive / Email Campaign Executive / Email Project Executiveto join their prestigious team based in central London.

The suitable Account Executive / Email Campaign Executive / Email Project Executiveshould have some experience in e-CRM / Direct Response Email Marketing where you will have managed a variety of campaigns and implemented projects through to completion. The suitable candidate must be highly organised, be comfortable working under pressure and be able to multi-task. Ideally you will have an understanding of consumer data and how it drives value to the client’s bottom line. Any qualifications in Marketing and or Direct Marketing are therefore advantageous.

The successful applicant will be a recent graduate or second jobber with a keen interest in online channel marketing.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in their career within the online marketing industry.

  • You will learn how to:

o manage the email campaigns and sign off process

o improve performance and efficiencies through reporting and optimisation

o construct reports to analyse performance and sales data to help identify areas of growth on the client account

o liaise between the design team, data team, developers and client

o to understand creative and technical components of online marketing

o use email service platform (ESP)

o do monthly financial reporting

  • Success of the role will require:

o Efficient and effective management of client campaigning

o Achieving client deadlines

o Client satisfaction and pro-active resolution to any issues that may occur

o Keeping the Account Director up-to-date on a regular basis and proactively escalating any areas of concern

o Effective management of client budget burndown

o Full understanding of clients business requirements

ESSENTIAL sKILLS

  • Educated to degree level.
  • Highly numerate and organised with very good attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Email Service Platform, i.e. Lyris, Silverpop, Emarsys, Cheetahmail, Responsys etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Focus on client satisfaction through impeccable client servicing, handling and reporting.
  • Able to pro-actively resolve client issues when they occur.
  • An ability to understand and appreciate creative and technical components of online marketing.
  • Structured and clear thinker: able to manage multiple projects and pro-actively understand the impact to client, creative and technical departments.
  • Handle pressure confidently.
  • Relevant computer skills - highly proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, Word, Powerpoint, Excel.
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast paced, hard working environment and demonstrate commitment to role and to drive development.
