Duties and responsibilities: Providing practical day-to-day legal advice and legal support for matters in collaboration with our Head of Legal and our team regarding complex service agreement and negotiations Advising on a diverse type of sourcing matters as well as supporting the Head of Legal in a diverse array of matters Negotiating, reviewing and drafting standard and bespoke individual agreements Providing legal support for the business and oversight of various projects
Qualifications: Qualified attorney at law (preferably from a Swiss university and holding a Swiss bar) and solid prior inhouse experience (at least two years) Strong proven knowledge in contract law and negotiations and also strong proven knowledge with complex service agreements (e.g. outsourcing, XaaS) Fluency in English and at least a Swiss national language essential (German preferred) Can-do and hands-on mentality
