Who are we looking for?

Quality required for the 2 folds of the mission:

·  Graduated from a top school in Engineering or Business
·  Minimum 2-year experience in Management Consulting, Project Management in a similar position in industry
·  Fluent in English
·  Excellent interpersonal skills in a multicultural context
·  Excellent oral and written communication in a multicultural context
·  Analytical and creative mind
·  Time management and problem solving skills
·  Organisational skills
·  High-end PowerPoint and Excel skills
What will you be doing?

Fold 1: Smart Solutions

1) Smart Plant: waste water

We would like continue pushing for the development of this solution in HK.

Our main client DSD (Drainage Service Department) and its consultant could be interested but we have to present benefits, pay off and potentially agree to co-develop a pilot trial of the tool in one of DSD plant.

Mission : Be the developer in charge to promote Aquadvanced smart plant to Aecom/DSD (push mode)

·  Liaise with DSD/Aecom to understand needs, propose matching solution, develop the offer (technical, price)
·  Work with Suez Smart Solution (France, BU) to develop the offer
·  Be involved in the delivery of the pilot trial to relay to/from Suez Smart Solution (France, BU) issues to/from client users of the pilot trial

2) Smart Meteringr

We have triggered talks with client WSD (water services department) to do a pilot of 100 meters and we need to continue working on this.

Mission : Be the developer in charge to promote Suez AMR to WSD

·  Liaise with WSD to finalise trial pilot offer
·  Work with Suez Smart Solution (France, BU) to develop the offer
·  Follow of trial pilot implementation once agreed with WSD

Fold 2: Dehydris Twists Pilot Project.

The pilot Plant is installed in Shatin WWTP.It has been running for 2 years almost, the client wants to extend the test from September 2019 to early 2020.

Mission : Be the local coordinator of the project

·  Assure the continuity of Suez visibility on site by a regular presence at Atal's side
·  Be the technical representative of the Technical Direction: relay the technical recommendation from Paris or Beijing, ensuring that the local team understands and applies them without any difficulties
·  Relay all the site issues to the project manager in Beijing and to the technical direction in Paris and Beijing -> Weekly review of the key events
·  Be a force of proposal to solve the major difficulties which could emerge on site
·  Assist the technical expert during his site visits
·  Feel the follow up data sheet of the machine performances and diffuse it on a weekly basis to Paris and Beijing Technical Direction. Alert in case of results drift and propose immediate corrective actions
·  Supervise the implementation of the action plan and alert in case of difficulties
·  Participate to the regular call that will be organised between Paris and Beijing
·  Frequent visit to the site will be necessary (2 to 3 times a week). The site is located at a 1h distance (public transport) of the main office.
