You will join SUEZ Europe & Central Asia, a Business Unit (BU) looking to achieve significant growth in its Water and Waste activities in the countries selected in the Group's strategic roadmap for the medium-term plan. The ambition is strong, but the BU wants to develop its activities notably in the following countries: Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Serbia, Uzbekistan, and potentially Spain. However, we also need to keep a close eye on the market, so that we can potentially develop in other countries in the region.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for the passionate in digital solutions VIE candidate that will join the project “Transformation of drinking water supply and sewage systems in Tashkent city”. The candidate will be based in Tashkent (Uzbekistan) and will work within the Smart Metering Department.

 The candidate will carry out the following tasks:

 - Analyze big data through GIS platform collected within the implementation of the smart metering program.

- Elaborate the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), dashboards and KPIs to control the work of the smart metering installers and get an overview of the logistics from supply to meter installation.

- Follow up project’s KPIs and establish action plans.

- Support to achieve the KPI targets of the department (deployment of the meters, deployment of the digital solutions, IT Integration).

- Coordinate the delivery of the goods from supply center to the warehouse.

- Coordinate the distribution of the goods to site.

- Incidence management.

- Support the organization of the technical trainings in digital solutions to the installers.

- Support the management of the IT Integration.

  Which skills and experiences you will need to succeed in this role?

General Requirements:

- Meets the criteria of the VIE Program (EU National, between 18 and 28 years old)

- Driven license B is a plus

Educational Requirements :

-Has a technical educational background

Languages Required :

-Proficiency in English. Russian language is a plus.

Required Technical Skills :

- To have experience in big data analyses, dashboards and KPIs elaboration.

- KPI analyses and elaboration of action plans.

- Proficiency in Excel and Power Points

- Project management junior skills

Required Behavior Skills:

- Ability to manage tight deadlines.

- Ability to work to achieve targets.

- Good communicational skills.

- Critical approach to problem solving.

 

The French International Internship Programme (VIE) is open to French people between 18-28, who have fulfilled their national service obligations and is also open to Nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area (which includes the 28 Member States of the European Union and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) and Monaco, who have fulfilled the national service obligations in their State of residence.
