- Contributes to the overall project strategy concerning the respect of contractual obligations.

- Is in charge of preparing offensive or defensive claim files and amendments.

- Manages external correspondence of a contractual nature, and validates any contractual correspondence along with the project manager.

- Engages and leads the project team, in order to: Increase their awareness of the company’s contractual obligations, establish detailed monitoring of the project’s events for the project’s contractual files.

- Steers the optimization of risks and opportunities management through contract management.

- Produces reports on his/her area in accordance with the requests of the project manager.

- Contributes to the lessons learned (REX) on contract management aspects.

- Guarantees the application of QHSE rules in his/her area

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualification needed

Complete with the expected skills

-Planning Expert or Engineer Degree.

-Significant experience in contract management, in an international context of infrastructure projects.                 

-Ability to work under FIDIC contracts
