YOUR MISSION
To manage our ongoing projects is Romania, we are currently looking for a dynamic : Project Manager – Romania (M/F)
Based in Bucarest , under the responsibility of our branch Manager, you will ensure the proper execution of the projects entrusted to you.
In this position, you will have to :
· Carry out internal project launch formalities
· Carry out studies, project management and technical assistance projects in compliance with the company's current procedures
· Supervise the team on-site and establish service contracts with experts
· Participate or lead key meetings
· Initiate and maintain quality relationships with partners, clients and beneficiaries
· Participate in the management of your projects (cost, deadlines) and guarantee the technical quality of the service and the expected financial results
· Prepare customer invoices
You will also provide input to commercial development, by taking part to the preparation of offers, keeping our references up-to-date and collaborating with our internal teams.
You have a technical higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
You have minimum 3 years of experience as a PM on works supervision projects for a public client. You also have at least one international experience.
You are known for your excellent communication skills.
You are rigorous and well organised. You are able to meet the deadlines for reports.
You are a great team player.
You speak Romanian and have professional capabilities in English.
