The International Department of SUEZ Consulting, with a thriving portfolio exceeding €50 million, is dedicated to realizing impactful projects across Asia, the Pacific, Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Most of our projects are carried out in conjunction with International Institutions (ADB, WB, EU, EIB, etc.). Our multidisciplinary teams spearhead critical engineering initiatives, ranging from essential infrastructure development like water supply, waste management, roads, to modernizing railways. These endeavors primarily focus on emerging and developing nations, making a substantial impact on global development. 

 

YOUR MISSION

In this position, you will have to  :

·  Carry out internal project launch formalities
·  Carry out studies, project management and technical assistance projects  in compliance with the company's current procedures
·  S upervise the team on-site and establish service contracts with experts
·  Participate or lead key meetings
·  Initiate and  maintain quality relationships with partners, clients and beneficiaries
·  Participate in the management of your projects (cost, deadlines)  and guarantee the technical quality of the service and the expected financial results
·  Take the responsibility for the contractual and administrative aspects.
·  Contribute your expertise to certain projects, depending on your speciality.
·  Prov ide Back stopping activities for the project & ensure timely deliverables with quality
·  Follow all processes related to project management as per SAFEGE guidelines
·  Raising of invoices for the client

You will also provide input to  commercial development,  by taking part to the preparation of offers, keeping our references up-to-date and collaborating with our internal teams.

You will report to the Country Manager and Regional Director.

You have a Master's degree (engineering school or university Master's degree) or a bachelor degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering

You have at least 3 years' experience in the management of projects with a consulting company.

You have good interpersonal skills . You are able to communicate in English, both in writing and speaking.

You have a strong team spirit; but you are also able to be autonomous and organised . You are rigorous and responsive. You have good writing skills.

You have the ability to establish and maintain close contact with customers.
