Job Summary
The main responsibility of a Project Finance Controller is to ensure the financial follow-up of a Suez’ infrastructure
projects in the Philippines, including financial planning and controlling, contract management, risks mitigation and
opportunities identification
Main duties and responsibilities:
· Management of financial reports (Monthly Project Reviews and Actualization meetings on a quarterly basis) and closing processes according to Group requirements (monthly and annual). In charge of percentage of completion calculations (PEC), cash flows management, rolling forecasts, budgets and medium-term plans on the project.
· Implementation of Group internal control rules (KPIs follow-up and procedures) and improvement of controlling processes (continuous improvement).
· In charge of potential audits on the project.
· Billing and collection management.
· Communication and support to Shared Services Center (based in HK) and the Group Finance (based in Paris) when needed.
· Identification of opportunities (cost savings, potential claims, etc.) and risks on the project (R&O matrix).
· Business partner of the Project Manager.
Candidate specifications:
· 10 years plus experience in accounting and administration.
· 5 years plus experience in Finance analysis and planning.
· 3 years plus experience in management position, and minimum 2 years in a multi-national company.
· Bachelor or above degree in Finance or Accounting.
· Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or MBA
· Has an experience in construction business.
· Proficient user of SAP & Excel.
· Strong communication skills and self-motivated
