You will join SUEZ Europe & Central Asia, a Business Unit (BU) looking to achieve significant growth in its Water and Waste activities in the countries selected in the Group's strategic roadmap for the medium-term plan. The ambition is strong, but the BU wants to develop its activities notably in the following countries: Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Serbia, Uzbekistan, and potentially Spain. However, we also need to keep a close eye on the market, so that we can potentially develop in other countries in the region.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

·  Lead the setup of the first industrial park project starting January 2025, with subsequent projects planned in Indonesia.
·  Recruit and oversee a dedicated team to ensure successful project execution.
·  Ensure efficient operations and maintenance of all industrial parks in Southeast Asia.
·  Manage relationships with stakeholders, clients, and local authorities to facilitate project success.
·  Collaborate with the Business Development team to explore and evaluate new park development opportunities.
·  Introduce Suez best practices to enhance operational performance and increase financial outcomes across all parks.

  Which skills and experiences you will need to succeed in this role?

·  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
·  At least 10 years in WTP and WWTP operations, including a minimum of 8 years managing multiple industrial plants.
·  Demonstrated experience in establishing Suez’s Operations & Maintenance (O&M) system in a new industrial park is highly advantageous.
·  Prior working experience in Southeast Asia, particularly Vietnam and Indonesia; expatriate experience is essential if not directly experienced in the region.
·  Strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets and business practices.
·  Highly attentive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
·  Proven capability in preparing and delivering effective presentation materials.
·  Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly in data analysis.
·  Fluent in English, with the ability to lead high-level meetings with stakeholders and clients autonomously.
