Job description

SUEZ Consulting is the engineering and consulting branch of the SUEZ Group that assists local authorities and industrial companies in their ecological and energy transition as well as in their adaptation to climate change. Our talents are therefore operating in the environment sector (water, waste, biodiversity, etc.), urban planning, energy and mobility sectors, serving the environmental transition of our public and private customers.

You will join the International Division of Suez Consulting. The International Division has a turnover of over €40M, generated in Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Most of the projects are financed by international donors (AFD, WB, ADB, BAD, EU, EIB, etc.), for which our teams provide engineering and consultancy services for essential services: water, waste, roads, railways, energy, the environment, urban management, etc. in developing and emerging countries.

Location : Belgrade, Serbia

Contract :  Permanent contract

Starting date : ASAP

 

Based in Belgrade , under the responsibility of a Senior Recruiter, your mission will be to manage the recruitment of international experts and to some extent contribute to the success of Suez Consulting projects.

YOUR MISSION 

·  Cooperate with the commercial teams to better understand their need for staffing;
·  Search for the right profiles in our internal database of experts and through head hunting on social networks;
·  Follow up on the recruitment process: contact with experts worldwide, explain both project and position, discuss about availabilities and interest;
·  Progressively build your own network of experts;
·  Become a trustful and reliable partner by providing regular feedback about your assignment.  

YOUR PROFILE

·  Graduated with a Bachelor (or equivalent), you already have some recruitment experience, including sourcing techniques, ideally in an international environment;
·  You are curious, multitask, self-driven, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
·  You are client oriented and solution driven;
·  You have an excellent written and verbal communication in English, and ideally French.
