What will you be doing?

Role Summary

ThisisHRspecialistpositionforASEANcountriesin SUEZ Asia HR Shared Services Center.Thisroleis responsible foradministeringemployeelife cycle events from on-boarding to off -boarding end to end process, input all HR related data and other employment life cycle HR support. He/she will be responsible for HRprocessesfor Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Work on and support key employee life cycle processes such as new starters, transfers, and leavers. Take ownership of end to end process, ensuring that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of customer focus.
·  Act as a key HR contact in resolving employee matters and queries including social/commercial benefits, onboarding process and leave management
·  Manage HR vendor relationships for key employee processes, such as social/commercial insurance
·  Input, update and maintain all HR related data in a timely manner. Maintain the accuracy of information and key changes when necessary and by deadlines as required
·  Carry out audits and check on data to ensure accurate and timely payment of the employee population. Maintain, manage and regularly audit all electronic personnel files.
·  Meet setup SLAs and KPIs
·  Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes.
·  Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with employees to explain and resolve queries and concerns. This could be via email, phone and chat / instant messaging.
·  Perform other related duties as assigned. Working on temporary projects as necessary and required

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, the incumbent will

·  hold a bachelor's degree in related discipline
·  have about 3 years of related HR experience
·  be familiar with legal requirements for HR in ASEAN region (a plus)
