What you will be doing
We’re seeking a proactive and strategic partner to support our Senior Leadership Team, acting as a trusted advisor who anticipates needs, identifies risks and opportunities, and elevates leadership decision‑making. In this role, you’ll prepare leaders with insight‑driven briefings, strengthen communication flows, optimise prioritisation, and contribute to strategic planning that drives our growth. Your deep understanding of business priorities will ensure our VP and SLT remain focused on the highest‑value work.
You’ll also be the operational engine behind effective leadership, coordinating complex workflows, managing dynamic calendars, and enabling clarity in a fast‑paced environment. From orchestrating meetings and preparing briefing packs to supporting leadership events and enhancing operational processes, you’ll simplify complexity, streamline systems, and remove barriers before they arise. This is a role for someone who thrives on improving how leadership teams operate — ensuring efficiency, alignment, and consistent execution at the highest level.
Who we are looking for
We’re looking for someone with deep experience supporting senior executives, ideally at VP or C‑suite level, who thrives in fast‑paced, complex, or matrix environments. You bring strong strategic awareness, the ability to influence across functions, and exceptional judgement in high‑stakes situations. With advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and modern workplace tools, you communicate with clarity, manage stakeholders with confidence, and operate with discretion, emotional intelligence, and a genuine growth mindset. Qualifications in Executive Support, Business Administration, Project Management, or Technology are highly regarded.
You’re the kind of person who thinks ahead, sees around corners, and brings structure and calm to complexity. You operate at the intersection of strategy and execution — improving systems, smoothing processes, and elevating leadership performance. Your presence alone strengthens the team: you build trust, create alignment, and help leaders focus on what matters most. If you love making organisations run better and enabling leaders to operate at their best, this is the role for you.
Diversity and inclusion are at the core of SUEZ’s vision for creating an organisation ready to face the challenges of tomorrow. Together, our differences inspire the innovation and creativity to succeed.
Please note we will not be accepting unsolicited resumes from third-party recruitment agencies.
SUEZ is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome and encourage applications from Indigenous Australians and Torres Strait Islander people.
To be eligible to apply for this position you must have an appropriate Australian or New Zealand work visa.
