What will you be doing?

Scope / A munkakör célja:

A ZeeWeed membránfejlesztésbeli és támogató tevékenységi projektek irányítása, valamint az alkalmazott és alkalmazástechnikai kutatási feladatok laboratóriumitól a pilot szinten keresztül a termelési implementációig vezető tevékenységeinek vezetése és a szükséges erőforrások szervezése, a feladatok elvégzése a technikusi munkaerővel történő együttműködésben.

Required education and experience / Szükséges végzettség és tapasztalat:

1.Vegyész, vagy vegyészmérnök, M.S. diploma; Chemist or chemical engineering M.S. degree

3.MS Office felhasználói szintű ismerete; MS Office application skills

4.1-3 év kutatólaboratóriumi tapasztalat, termékfejlesztési, alkalmazástechnológiai területen; 1-3 years laboratory experience in the field of product development, applied technology

5.Laboratóriumi tapasztalat előny; L aboratory practice is an asset

6.Polimer, műanyagkémiai, membrántechnológiai irányultság, érdeklődés, tapasztalat előny; Interest, experience in polymer, plastics and membrane technology is preferred

7.Tapasztalat kísérlettervezés, műszeres analtikai kutatás terén előny; Experience in design of experiment, analytical instrument-aided research is an asset

Tasks and responsibilities / Feladatok és felelősségek:

1.Napi membránfejlesztési tevékenységek tervezése (dope-, membránelőállítás, analitika) és megszervezése (tehnikusi erőforrások tervezése és feladatok kommunikációja) az alapkutatástól a pilot szintű kísérleteken keresztül az implementációs csapattal történő konzultáción és együttműködésen keresztül történő termékbevezetésig. Management of daily membrane development activities (dope, membrane production, analytics) and organization (technical resource planning and communication of tasks) from basic research through pilot level experiments to product launch through consultation and collaboration with the implementation team.

2.Napi alkalmazott kutatási és alkalmazástechnológiai feladatok, mint pl membrántisztítási, eltömődési vizsgálatok tervezése és megszervezése a feladatot képviselő válallati csoporttal történő kommunikációval és velük történő szoros együttműködésben. Designing and organizing day-to-day research and application technology tasks such as membrane cleaning, clogging tests and communication with and in close cooperation with the task force representing the task.

5.Projekt- és általános fejelsztési tevékenységekhez szükséges eszközök, műszerek kifeljesztése/beszerzéséhez asszisztencia, szükséges koordinatív tevékenységek elvégzése. 6.Az NPI, NTI, ECN, DMP és gyártást (Manufacturing) támogató tevékenységekbeli beszámolási és adminisztratív folyamatok elvégzése és ezek szerint történő dokumentumelőállítás és dokumentumkezelés. 9.Szakértelem a membránfejlesztés és igényelt csoportok, kollégák számára történő átadása, tehetségfejlesztési folyamatban történő aktív részvétel. 10.Rendszeres szakmai beszámolók készítés a Fejlesztésvezető, igényelt esetelben a Termelésvezetés, vagy egyéb vállalati csoportok, rendezvények részére. Production of regular professional reports for the Development Manager, in case of need for Production Management or other corporate groups and events.
