Compliance Analyst - Due Diligence Process

Scope: Responsible for developing and implementing lean projects for customer / partner onboarding and ongoing compliance related to due diligence, economic sanctions and anti-corruption compliance. Work with the Global Customer Onboarding leader and Global Operations Compliance leader to determine process gap areas of focus and create appropriate actions plans for continual improvement. Create and implement policies, procedures & training to assure a consistent, risk-based approach. Assist Compliance team with creating IT systems and workflows supporting daily activities.

Required education and experience:

·Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

·Up to 3years of professional experience preferably in compliance/reporting/ business analysis/audit

·Experience in building IT systems (share points, workflows, reporting tools)

·Knowledge of relevant IT systems and risk management tools such as Bridger, Lexis Nexis, and ongoing monitoring solutions is preferred

Desired Characteristics:

·Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word

·Knowledge of due diligence tools

·Strong analytical, problem solving and resolution skills

·Strong oral and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.

·Language: English is a must one more EU language is preferred

Tasks and responsiblities:

Partnering with operations to deliver regional growth and execution

·Develop and lead projects supporting a global Due Diligence team to improve compliance processes and deliver productivity in a lean shared services environment

·Work with Compliance and Business on assigned projects to drive policy and process changes needed for continuous improvement

·Perform Customer verification; document and escalate exceptions; monitor for timely resolution

·Perform due diligence checks on prospective customers, related parties, investors and suppliers

·Perform enhanced due diligence checks on higher risk accounts

·Conduct research using 3rd party solutions to identify potential risk issues

·Perform on-going monitoring; review, resolve and escalate where appropriate

·Support business metrics reporting, building reporting systems

·Support business building share points, workflows.

·Support internal testing and audit requirements
