Job description

As a member of the Management Team Remediation Europe under the lead of the General Manager Remediation Europe and reporting to the HR Director IWS Minerals Europe, the HR Manager is in charge of the HR Management of Remediation in France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany as well as in other countries where Remediation projects are running.
The HR Manager Remediation Europe supervises an HR team of 3 HR managers in France and Belgium. In the other countries, the HR Manager Remediation Europe ensures the proper HR management via the country HR departments of other SUEZ business units (R&R Europe or the International Business).

The role is located at the Headquarters of the Belgian Remediation entity in Grimbergen, Belgium.

Key Areas of Responsibility
· Develop and implement HR programs, tools and processes in the fields of HR development, talent management, recruiting and compensation & benefits
· Coordinate the HR management in France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and other countries where Remediation projects are running
· Ensure the human resources availability (quantity and quality) that is needed to achieve the business goals today and tomorrow
· Provide the managers with the necessary support to develop the performance and the skills of their teams
· Ensure the efficiency of the HR team Remediation Europe
· Ensure compliance with the Group´s and the BU´s HR policies and processes and their application within Remediation Europe

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Required education, skills and competencies

·  University and/or Business School degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
·  Minimum of 2 years experience in a leading HR role
·  HR generalist with a good knowledge and experience in all HR domains
·  Good knowledge of HR management
·  Working experience in an international environment is a plus
·  At least business fluent in Dutch, French and English
·  Strategic approach coupled with a pragmatic hands on mentality
·  Well structured, result driven, cooperative and curious
·  Able to cope with a fast changing and complex organisation
·  Willing to travel frequently
