Student Cribs is an innovative and market leading property group. We specialise in sourcing, refurbishing and letting high quality well equipped student houses.
To date Student Cribs have successfully acquired and developed a large number of student houses in 11 different university towns across the UK and are experiencing rapid growth.
We are looking to hire 2 interns; 1 x in our Lettings (Sales) & 1 x in our Management and you will be reporting to the heads of each department. The roles will be to support both teams at what is one of our busiest times of year within the heart of our business. You’ll be talking to our customer every day and will gain a wealth of experience in each team. As we are a growing company, this won’t be your run of the mill data entry or tea making internship. This will be very hands on and you will gain you a great understanding of working for a thriving organisation as we are set to grow and expand this year. Your responsibilities will range from dealing with customer enquiries to managing tenancy administration and exciting research and analysis projects. You will also get an overview of social media marketing and the operations and logistics of running a high quality student housing portfolio.
• A passion for sales, people, business and operations
• Experience in sales or customer relations
• Good communication skills; both orally and in writing
• Good organization and time management and pro-active approach
Location: Notting Hill. 1 minute walk from Notting Hill Gate.
Remuneration: Free breakfast, £5 lunch allowance and travel expenses paid.
Minimum Duration: 3 months, immediate start
