Staffing Manager in Promotional/Experiential Agency

StreetPR is recruiting for an super friendly, logistical, staff-booking extraordinaire! You'll be joining our team of 4 bookers/operations, and you'll be part of our HQ with 16 staff. We're a fun bunch, listening to music during the day, having team lunches every other week, and beer-o'clock starts early on a Friday!

We're paying between £18-25k dependent on experience. You don't need experience to do this job - just a positive attitude, ability to learn quickly (you will learn a LOT with us), confidence to instruct others and good computer skills. To demand the higher end of the salary bracket, you will come from a staffing/recruitment background and have experience in this field or in heading up a team.

We work with between 20-40 different clients every week, from Wembley Stadium to little family-run restaurants; from the big players in the music world, to brand new start up apps. Our staff take on all types of jobs such as sampling, flyering, product launches, events, program sellers, demonstrations and costume work!

Your job involves:

- recruiting happy, bubbly, enthusiastic promo people
- choosing the right staff for the right client
- briefing and instructing the staff as per the client's requests
- checking on staff out on a job
- using our software system to manage staff schedules
- liaising with clients and suppliers to organise logistics around a campaign

Job Details:

- Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
- on call with the phone one weekend per month
- company laptop and mobile provided

- our office is in Angel, Islington
