Posting Description
Represent STMicroelectronics and being responsible within a global team for a worldwide acting automotive Key Account, developing and strengthening long-term business relationships with the assigned customers R&D locations.
Identify new business opportunities and support to turn those into design-ins/wins.
Elaborate and implement a sales strategy and contribute to the development of the sales figure / market share and grow ST presence in every assigned customer R&D location.
Select and prioritize applications/products to focus on, and define an action plan to succeed in product development road map and time to market.
Analyze customer evolution and application roadmaps in order to anticipate changes, and forecast business accordingly.
Analyze the market environment, define and drive support from Product Groups and Marketing, to succeed in new projects, ensuring future business growth.
To drive commercial negotiation with customer in cooperation with involved Product Divisions and various internal departments
Profile
Education Level Required - Fachhochschule, Years of Work Experience - 0 to 5, Desired Competencies are - Adaptability, Flexibility, Automotive Applications, Negotiation Techniques, Technical Applications, Creativity/Innovation.The Other skills required are German and English language mandatory.
High engagement and motivation.
Mobility required for business trips.
Intercultural interest and basic competency (Europe, AME, ASIA)
