 POSTING PRESENTATION:

In the context of Shape Tomorrow Supply Chain transformation program and the implementation phase of the new Supply Chain blueprint,
we are reinforcing the team in charge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Supply Chain Execution & Monitoring within BEM&T Central Planning organization.
The position requires good knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain and networking in ST Supply Chain community.
The positions opened will be located preferably either in Toa Payoh, Rousset or Agrate.

As a member of this team, you will be in charge to coordinate the elaboration of S&OP Production Plan and relevant alternate scenarios, interacting closely with Central Supply Chain, Product Groups and Front-End SnOP teams. You will be the backend supply chain planning representative for topics related to day to day activities, execution of S&OP plan and business priorities follow-up.
More specifically, your main missions will be:
Strategic S&OP
•Insure the master data integrity at BE level once demand is propagated;
•Analyze the demand; pre-allocate it to BE Plants and OSAT in alignment with last S&OP board guidelines and defined strategy;
•Support BE Plants during elaboration of local supply plan (commitments);
•Consolidate BE Plants supply scenarios;
•Support Central Supply Chain during End to End Supply scenario elaboration for S&OP board preparation.
Tactical Planning: Between 2 quarterly S&OP exercises, you will be in charge to coordinate Tactical Planning activities, such as:
•Partner closely with Groups and Plants to elaborate multiple scenarios based on S&OP Board output;
•Pursue the right execution of action plan defined with Back-End plants and Groups to optimize Plants loading such as products/technologies qualification, capacity improvement or mix change;
•Interface with Backend CAPEX Investment team to follow the Plants capacity evolution
Supply Chain Execution & Monitoring
•Adapt the short term plan taking into account variation of Demand or Supply between 2 S&OP exercises;
•Monitor manufacturing plan execution on daily/weekly basis, elaborating reporting when necessary;
•Drive Control Tower meetings when required, typically in case of critical crisis and ramp-up or when Control Tower is covering several production plants;
Support and challenge plants towards defined goals;

 

PROFILE REQUIRED:

·    •Expertise in Supply Chain management, planning systems & Tools; problem solving methods & Tools
•5 to 10 years Work experience in Groups and/or Divisions supply chain or Manufacturing planning
cultural versatility; adaptability, flexibility, networking; decision making, priority conflict management, problem solving, organization alignment
Master degree, preferentially in supply chain, logistics or electronics

·   6-10 years
