YOUR ROLE
· Obtain fundamental PVD process knowledge after on-job training, such as sputtering concept, plasma basics, role of barrier /seed / liner / capping layer, wafer process flow, basic process integration knowledge
· Works as a process owner for certain PVD process tool type
· Troubleshooting on process issues during routine work and maintain process running with minimum interruption by quality issues
· Work closely with equipment engineering team on projects in order to continuously improve quality, process robustness and cost
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
· Bachelor's degree in electrical & Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Materials Science, Applied Physics, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
· Strong technical skills in problem-solving, statistical data analysis, and design of experiments (DOE).
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Effective team player with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
· Self-motivated and independent, with a curious and inquisitive mindset.
· Structured training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
