The job holder will develop support the development of 300mm eSTM technologies and related products. Embedded in the Device and Process Integration team he will actively participate to the definition, development, qualification and industrialization of advanced NVM solutions.

 

Profile

Knowledge in non-volatile memories (semiconductor physics, working principles, device, design, characterization) is required.

Creativity, team spirit and easy networking are also requested
