YOUR ROLE

This position will closely work with subcontractor for production and NPI control to achieve Just-In-Time deliveries to our customers, mainly focusing on the execution to:

·  Manage products loading including optimization, manual start
·  Manage products starts and output within the committed cycle time
·  Manage NPI execution to support the projects moving to mass production per timeline
·  Manage operation KPI to drive OSAT for improvement
·  Coordinate the stakeholders on logistic support

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

·  Bachelor's degree or above
·  Proficient in planning (knowledge about assy, test manufacturing flow is preferred)
·  Strong data Analysis & Reporting with experienced in MS software
·  Strong problem solving abilities
·  Good communication skills in both verbal and written English
·  Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
·  Proactive attitude with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
