YOUR ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

·  Support and monitor the performance management cycle, including yearly goal setting and checkpoint follow-ups.
·  Track and follow up on return-to-performance plans for employees with a “needs improvement” rating.
·  Assist in updating and consolidating the monthly sustainability reports.
·  Monitor and follow up on customer audit findings and related corrective action plans.
·  Provide administrative and coordination support for the annual salary increment exercise.
·  Administrative processes related to retention bonuses, patent recognition, phone applications, car interest subsidies, professional memberships, and other benefits.
·  Support the benchmarking process by maintaining and updating industrial benchmark data for three entities.

Learning & Exposure:

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to be attached to different HR functions (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development), gaining:

·  Broad exposure across the full HR value chain
·  Hands-on experience with HR processes, systems, and data
·  Practical understanding of HR policies, governance, and compliance

YOUR SKILLS

·  Currently pursuing a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
·  FBasic knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and other relevant statutory regulations.
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·  Proficient in Microsoft Excel ; experience with Power BI and data visualization will be an advantage.
·  Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
·  Minimum internship duration 3 months and above
