YOUR ROLE

·  Responsible for testing flow and yield of a family of devices
·  Sustain and support daily manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real -time solution implementation
·  Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, cost effectiveness by working with Maintenance Specialist and Product Supervisors to achieve overall committed objectives
·  Cross functional; cross department; cross EWS support including global coverage based on prioritization
·  Require performing yield and through put improvement programs to achieve massive test cost efficiency
·  Scope needs to undertake product transfer and modification of test programs to ensure high productivity and quality
·  Effective teamwork and communication with support groups, such as Planning and Maintenance Departments to ensure smooth production and other work areas
·  Lead and/or Participate in the investigation containment plan and solution on day-to-day technical problems affecting production line
·  Practice, participate, lead projects using Lean methodologies

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

·  Relevant Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent
·  Relevant experiences in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry are an advantage
·  Understanding of testing concepts
·  Fresh graduates will also be considered
·  Good Written and communication skills
·  Microsoft office skills Bachelor degree in electrical & electronics or similar
