The Job

·  Overall Tool Owner for Backfinish SEZ tool group SEZ 100/101/102/203/223.
·  Maintain and support manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and solution implementation.
·  Analyze equipment failures, alarms & SPC violation & determine solution for improvement.
·  Implement solutions to improve equipment uptime with highest capacity throughput to achieve smooth operation and process flow with high quality, high yield and low cost.
·  Drive and lead Equipment Engineer / Maintenance resolving hard down equipment issue and work on robustness, cycle time improvement project.

Profile

Requirements

·   Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
·  Preferred minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication industry and good knowledge in any of Backfinish equipment such as Balzer 760/EVO, Disco 841/850/8540, SEZ 100/101/102/203/223 (LAM Research), Clusterline, Apollo, Laminator/Delaminator (Microcontrol/Lintec), Gasonic.
·  Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional problem-solving teams and with good interpersonal skills.
·  Good technical skills on problem solving methodology, FMEA, 8D, data mining & analysis.
·  Team player, self-driven and independent with an inquisitive mind.
