Responsibilities

As an Equipment Enginee r, you'll provide technical expertise, support, and training to shift personnel on specific tools. Your responsibilities will include:

·  Drive Safety Excellence by leading by example, conducting regular Gemba audits, identifying potential risks, and fostering a safety-aware culture.
·  Managing new equipment startups and collaborating with vendors for acceptance
·  Developing preventive maintenance (PM) procedures for optimal efficiency and quality
·  Creating corrective maintenance (CM) procedures and troubleshooting guides for shift personnel
·  Participating in cost, cycle time, quality, and continuous improvement projects.
·  Defining work instructions and operating procedures for alignment and shop floor behavior

Key Responsibilities:

·  Problem-solving and troubleshooting equipment and process-related issues
·  Project management, design integration, and data analysis
·  Reporting, data gathering, and presentations
·  Collaborating with vendors on tool-related issues and improvements
·  Working with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

·  Degree in Microelectronics / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Material Science.
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to work effectively in a team environment
