YOUR ROLE

Responsible on operational safety support and continuous EHS improvement with key roles as follows:

·  Conduct regular workplace inspections, audits, and field safety assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
·  Monitor and enforce contractor safety requirements and high-risk work activities.
·  Coordinate high risk activities including hot work, working at height, and machine-related activities.
·  Support machine safety assessments, and operational risk control initiatives.
·  Conduct incident, accident, near miss, and unsafe condition investigations including root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up.
·  Review HIRARC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessments, and procedures for operational and project activities.
·  Support emergency response preparedness programs, drills, and EHS awareness activities.
·  Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable legal requirements, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA, and EHS standards.
·  Support internal and external EHS audits/inspections.
·  Work closely with cross-functional departments to drive continuous EHS improvement.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

·  Bachelor's degree in occupational safety & health, Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or related discipline.
·  Minimum 3 years of EHS working experience in manufacturing environment.
·  Certified DOSH SHO is added advantage.
·  Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
·  Good knowledge of occupational safety regulations and operational safety practices.
·  Experience in contractor safety management, PTW, machine safety, and incident investigation is preferred.
·  Familiar with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & RBA management systems.
·  Strong field engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
·  Able to work independently and support cross-functional operations.
