 POSTING PRESENTATION:

Job is open in Device Engineering department – Team 130nm

Here after the six main missions of the Device Engineering :
1-      Reach zero excursion in terms of quality & reliability
2-      Ensure electrical yield ramp-up, up to WWS
3-      Support the manufacturing in the evolution of the production plans
4-      Coordinate Technology Steering committee with the aim to optimize the industrial performances of main R8 technologies,
5-      Industrialize the new technologies in collaboration with TDP
6-      Industrialize new products
7-      Support technology transfer “from” or “to” others FABs

In this job you will be in charge of a big runner embedded memory technology of the R8 fab, responsible for the process integration, yield analysis and improvement plans.

Direct relationship & partnership with Fab, EWS and and Product groups.

Under your direct responsibility :
-      Yield follow-up of all the products involved in the technology
-      Direct ownership of the action plan for yield improvement
-      Collaborate with process engineers on manufacturing and cost plans
-      In charge of new Products introduction in collaboration with division
-      To lead &/or collaborate to working groups for problem solving
-      To participate to the Technology Steering committee

 

PROFILE REQUIRED:

·    Team spirit
EDA Engineering data analysis
Problem solving methodology
Physics of Semiconductors
·   5 - Master degree
·   2-5 years
