Work Location : Ang Mo Kio BHQ Site, at 5A Serangoon North Avenue 5 Singapore 554574
Fulfilment of sales orders for multiple customers in Asia Pacific region.
Daily job functions include:
- Management of Backlog
- Liaising with customer on forecasts, demand and supply
- Management of logistics to ensure timely delivery to customer
- Creation / maintainance of customer codes
- Create & follow up on returns, claims, credit notes, accruals, invoice
Infrequent business travel will be required.
Ad hoc support after work hours / weekends / public holidays might be necessary during peak season.

- Flexible and open to changes
- Able to handle some level of stress due to demanding nature of end customer
- Familiar with ST current systems: STAM, CLS, AHLR, Memphis. RMS, CMUI, PRIS, BOXI
- Proficient in MsOffice, especially Excel
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written); Ability to speak in Mandarin would be a good; If able to speak Vietnamese, Japanese or Korean would be advantageous.
- Experience in supply chain/planning would be a plus
