YOUR ROLE

Regional Rewards:

·  Collect and analyze market data and maintain salary survey data; manage benchmarking and market research
·  Conduct market data analysis for market competitiveness analysis and salary range proposals
·  Provide support to Northeast Asia and Asia S&M markets at Rewards
·  Assist Regional Rewards to deploy Rewards activities
·  Collect and analyze Rewards practices in Asia for alignment, harmonization, etc.
·  Support Regional Rewards programs/ projects

Country Rewards:

·  Support the deployment of key rewards activities for China, such as salary policy, Short-term Incentive, Sales Incentive, and so on
·  Participate local market surveys and analyze market reports
·  Review China compensation and benefits for market competitiveness with market intelligence
·  Support stock administration, such as grant, vest, registration, tax related tasks

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

·  Bachelor's degree or above
·  At least 5 years' professional in Rewards/ C&B
·  Good at MS-Excel and PowerPoint
·  Excellent English in speaking, listening and writing
