 POSTING PRESENTATION:

Business Systems Analyst
Primary Functions: Provide User Support for Business Operations applications.  Assist in researching, analyzing and preparing recommendations for the Customer Master data. Ensure the integrity of  the data.

This position will perform a wide range of job duties utilizing technical know-how and solid customer service approach.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop a working knowledge of the Customer Master data and its usage in related business processes including reporting, order to cash, logistics/delivery and finance/invoicing.
Provide User Support for the data and the application software. 
Conduct web based training for users.
Prepare and maintain user documentation.
Contribute to the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing.
Develop knowledge of local and global internal best practices.
Develop a general knowledge of many Business Operations activities, processes, and tools in order to participate in a helpdesk rotation. 
Perform other duties as assigned in support of team efforts and results.
Some travel is required.

 

PROFILE REQUIRED:

·    Experience/Skills: Four years experience in a user support department. Demonstrates analytical and problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communications skills.  Good written skills.  Good organizational skills. Familiarity with basic systems analysis methods and techniques.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Information Systems or related field.

Travel is required
