Step by Step Education are seeking a mixed Key Stage (KS) primary teacher to work at a primary school in Nelson.

This will be working with mixed year groups including Y1/2 and Y2/3 and Year 6.

The teacher Step by Step Education are looking for will:

• Have experience of working across mixed Key Stage (KS) groups
• Will have a thorough understanding of the national curriculum
• Have strong class room management
• Uphold high expectations of learning, achievement and behaviour
• Be able to work closely with all staff members and liaise effectively with parents

The Nelson primary school really is a friendly school with lots of support from teachers and parents to encourage the children's learning.

This position is suitable for an NQT and experienced teacher who lives in Nelson or is willing to travel to Nelson on a daily basis.

There is the opportunity for part time work as well as working 5 days per week depending on the needs and demands of the Nelson Primary school from September.
