Beamy est une entreprise française qui accompagne plus de 40 acteurs majeurs tels que Decathlon, BNP Paribas, Vinci ou encore Orange. Nous permettons d’observer l'usage et de comprendre les besoins métier autour du SaaS dans l'entreprise.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will work directly with the T.A team and the manager of each department of Beamy.

You will dive into a wide variety of strategic subjects to find the best talents who will join the adventure and support Beamy's growth !

We have many recruitment challenges for S2 2024 (from business to engineering recruitments) with great responsibilities to take in the HR team with Leslye our Talent Manager.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR MISSIONS :

60% Recruitment of top talent , to enforce the team & make Beamy reach goals & ambitions !

• Work on inbound actions : write detailed and attractive job offers & review applications.

• Work on outbound actions : Learn the best sourcing practice to identify qualified profiles & build innovative and impactful activation campaigns (MVP, sequencing, impact measurement).

• Work on onboarding : make sure new Beamers are welcomed the best way & enjoyed the first months at Beamy

Contribute to the routines of the Talent Acquisition team, own some ad-hoc projects which could arise.

40% People Strat , to take care of Beamers

• Organise events to bring people together and build cohesion

• Acting as a relay to improve the day-to-day work of the teams

 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR :

• You speak French fluently

• You are preparing a Master's degree in Business, Growth or Recruitment

• You are motivated by the entrepreneurial spirit and challenges : you appreciate feedback and are willing to improve every day

• You are really curious, and have excellent research skills
