Reduck is the fast lane for AI agents on the web.

2026 has been the year for coding, cyber and math agents, but broader knowledge work (finance, ops, growth, etc.) hasn't been as impacted, especially in enterprise setups. Connecting your agent to the key apps you use is a remaining challenge for large scale adoption. Today, even if agents can do Computer Use to automate sites with no API, such as LinkedIn, Reddit or your custom ERP, Computer Use is inadequate for complex and heavy workloads as it is:

·  Unreliable : results vary and get worse with context size explosion
·  Slow : each step requires slow thinking to decide the next browser action
·  Expensive : context fills up quickly and complex tasks hit rate limits

That's why we built Reduck MCP: the easiest way for an agent to integrate and automate any site you use. Reduck MCP allows agents to discover, run and create browser automation scripts that serve as tools. Scripts run in your own Chrome, through our extension, which allows your agent to work where you are logged in, no credentials exposure, and same fingerprints so no bot detection.

Our ever-extending official library of scripts already includes LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and more, to get started with automated lead discovery and enrichment, or customized feed.

Job Description

The role

You work directly with the COO on all non-technical and non-product operations. You help structure and scale the company's operational foundation and our first product launch.

Product

· 
Identify bugs and suggest product improvements

· 
Create ops use cases, test new versions

· 
Surface real user pain points and propose ops-oriented features

· 
Create scripts with Reduck of basic use-cases

Growth & Marketing

· 
Contribute to community growth and user acquisition

· 
Marketing: newsletters, content, social media

· 
Customer success ops: feedback processes, priority support tickets

Finance & Ops

· 
Review and keep updated financial models: burn rate, runway, forecast and reporting

· 
CIR (Credit Impot Recherche): track engineering time allocation per project, compile eligible R&D activities and timesheets, prepare the yearly CIR dossier ahead of the filing deadline

· 
Support other non-dilutive funding applications (BPI, innovation grants)

· 
Reporting dashboards and product metrics

Legal & Compliance

· 
GDPR: map data flows and personal data processed (candidates, users, employees), maintain the record of processing activities, draft/update privacy policy, ToS and DPAs with vendors

· 
Set up and run the data subject request process (access, deletion, rectification requests)

· 
SOC2 compliance setup: documentation of controls, evidence collection

Preferred Experience

What we are looking for

· 
Fluent in English or French. A good level in French is mandatory (B2)

· 
You know the startup universe through internship, personal project, or early stage work experience. Prior experience in product, ops, or finance is a plus

· 
Advanced Excel/GSheets and comfortable with automation tools (Notion, Airtable, no-code tools, basic coding knowledge)

· 
Interest in AI and new tools: you want to understand beyond the hype

· 
Problem solver mindset and willingness to do whatever it takes to ship
