Nous travaillons pour des clients qui constituent le véritable tissu industriel de la France, dans des secteurs complexes et passionnants : agro-alimentaire, pharma, cosmétiques, aéronautique…

Tracklab a été fondée en 2022 par Nicolas Henry (Ponts & Chaussées, Columbia University, Uber San Francisco) et Fadel Bennani (HEC Paris, Bain & Company), avec l'ambition de créer un acteur majeur du secteur de la conformité en Europe, un "Bureau Veritas 2.0".

Après avoir levé un tour de pré-seed de 500k en 2022 avec Kima Ventures, la BPI et des Business Angels exceptionnels, développé un premier produit en un temps record et signé nos premiers clients, nous partons à la conquête du marché.

We’re already supporting 100+ industrial clients (in food & beverage, cosmetics, packaging, animal nutrition, chemicals…) and a global network of 40,000 suppliers and service providers.

A strong founding team

Tracklab was founded in the end of 2022 by:

Nicolas Henry (Ginette, Ponts & Chaussées, Columbia University, ex-Uber San Francisco)

Fadel Bennani (Stanislas, HEC Paris, ex-Bain & Company)

Build the TIC 2.0 (Testing, Inspection and Certification)

Our ambition is to build the future of TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) — a modern, tech-driven evolution of the traditional sector.

After successfully convincing 100 industrial clients across Europe, we are now setting out to transform the broader TIC market. Across sectors such as food, cosmetics, and electronics, tens of thousands of companies depend on industrial certifications that are not just regulatory checkboxes but essential requirements from their biggest clients. These certifications are critical for doing business — and for staying competitive.

Our vision is to deliver a full-stack, 360 solution that simplifies how companies obtain and maintain these certifications. By streamlining their compliance processes, we help them reduce friction, cut hidden costs, and unlock new levels of performance.

Profil recherché

We’re looking for a Sales Lead

We're looking for a Sales Lead to lead our full commercial strategy — from closing key mid-market deals to building and scaling the sales team. You'll work closely with the founders to shape our GTM approach and help drive product-market fit.

The Role

After having reached a few hundreds thousands euros in ARR, our goal is to now reach 3m ARR by the end of 2026.

The role will take place alongside our founder Fadel on a wide range of key topics with one defined target: maximize our revenue

The main language is French, but English proficiency is a must-have

What you'll achieve

Own and lead the entire sales process — from lead generation to closing

Close the first mid- and upper mid-market deals (10–50k ARR)

Build our commercial playbook: tools, scripts, pitches, and performance KPIs

Recruit, train, and manage the first sales team within 12–18 months

Explore new revenue streams: launch new products, build indirect sales distribution through partnerships

What we are looking for

We’re on the hunt for a driven, entrepreneurial sales leader ready to build something big. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love closing deals, and are hungry to shape the future of a high-growth B2B SaaS startup, keep reading.

You’ll thrive here if you have:

• 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of beating quota and closing high-impact deals

• A bias for action - you move fast, take ownership, and don’t wait for permission

• The ambition to build - you’re excited to launch new initiatives and scale them from zero to one

• Natural leadership skills and a strong startup mindset, maybe you see yourself founding your own company one day

• A hands-on approach : you're expected to close

• Pipeline mastery : you know how to structure your funnel and eventually build a winning team around you

• Strong communication skills : you’re just as comfortable with CTOs as you are with CFOs
