They coordinate the transports of 700+ companies across 60 countries, and provide their clients with a unique platform on which their teams can manage their shipments in a simple and transparent way. What is it like being a BDR at OVRSEA?
The Spain Sales team is the driving force behind OVRSEA's growth in the region. Without this team, there are no new customers. Without new customers, there's no growth. And without growth... well, you get the picture! That's why we are looking for a talented individual to promote our disruptive solution and become the first point of contact with our future clients.
Your mission: connect with prospects, understand their needs, and spark their interest by scheduling meetings or platform demos .
You will report directly to our General Manager, Nacho, and work closely with two Account Executives, playing a key role in scaling our presence in the Spanish market. Most of your contacts will be top-level decision-makers (C-Level profiles).
Challenges for the Sales team in 2025:
- Continue our strong two-digit growth with an ambitious plan,
- Acquiring mid-cap & key account clients and new verticals.
Your missions:
Lead generation (20%)
- Develop the best prospecting techniques (LinkedIn, Hubspot, email...) to find relevant leads,
- Define and implement strategies to qualify leads efficiently,
- Identify key contacts and know everything about them before you talk to them.
Prospecting and objection handling (70%)
- Be resourceful and persistent in contacting identified targets,
- Be relevant in your approach to customers in order to get Sales Executives to meet with them.
Improve our sales techniques (10%)
- Measure conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and maximize your success,
- Document your approaches in our tools and our CRM (Salesforce) so that the whole team can benefit from what you learn from your customers,
- Be a driving force behind innovative approaches to prospecting.

Are your The One ?
- You are looking for a 6-month internship starting in June 2025, with the option to transition to a full-time position afterward.
- You have a first experience in marketing and/or sales, with ideally cold calling and prospecting activities.
- You are native speaker in Spanish and speak good English. Speaking Catalan is a plus.
- You have very good interpersonal skills, the soul of a hunter and value quality execution.
- You are willing to learn and to grow very quickly in a Sales environment.
