Job Description

Greenly is actively seeking a skilled and meticulous QA Engineer to play a crucial role within our forward-thinking team. In this key position, you'll not only uphold the highest quality standards for our innovative tech solutions but also serve as a vital coordinator between product, delivery, and support teams. Your responsibilities will include devising comprehensive test strategies, adopting state-of-the-art testing processes and methodologies, and fostering a culture of quality throughout our diverse squads.

Your role will bridge the crucial gaps between product development, seamless delivery, and post-deployment support, ensuring a cohesive workflow. With a balanced emphasis on manual and automated testing, your efforts will be central to advancing Greenly's technological frontiers while also supporting our commitment to environmental sustainability.

Your Key Responsibilities:

· 
Develop and document comprehensive test strategies, processes, and methodologies.

· 
Propose and implement enhancements to testing processes and tools, driving quality improvement.

· 
Advocate for quality within project squads, fostering a culture of excellence.

· 
Design and execute test plans for various types of testing, including functional, performance, load, security, etc.

· 
Lead the charge in test automation, elevating efficiency and accuracy.

· 
Play a pivotal role in the continuous improvement of testing and quality processes.

· 
Conduct both manual and automated tests, meticulously documenting the outcomes.

Preferred Experience

Preferred experience :

· 
A passion for technology and quality, with a drive to make a real impact.

· 
2-5 years of experience in a QA engineering role, preferably within a tech-forward environment.

· 
Proficiency in documenting test strategies and executing comprehensive test plans.

· 
Experience with automation tools and scripting languages to streamline testing processes.

· 
A collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively within interdisciplinary squads.

· 
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

· 
Strong communication skills, with fluency in both French and English.

Note: This position is open to candidates who are willing to work remotely or in our Paris office

Our Tech Stack: At Greenly, we leverage cloud tools to architect and scale our solutions with agility. Retool is central to our operations, serving as the foundation for building our main SaaS applications. This approach enables us to deliver user-centric solutions rapidly. Our backend infrastructure is powered by Node.js and TypeScript, which provide the scalability and performance essential for our applications. Data management is handled by Postgres, ensuring integrity and reliability. We uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency through Datadog, for real-time application monitoring, Jest, for comprehensive testing, and GitHub Actions, for efficient continuous integration and deployment.
