Job Description

As a product designer, you will be a pillar of your feature team, working hand in hand with the product manager and the developers. Your process of design and your solutions are creative and user centric but also fit with the market needs, the product vision, the costs and the technical environment.

What you will do

·  Implement user research methodologies into relevant subjects (user interviews, surveys, personas, user flows etc.)
·  Create and animate co-creation workshops (in France but also in our foreign offices): research workshops, design sprints, user tests etc.
·  Work closely with the product manager and the feature team and participate actively in all projects (design specifications, QA design, design debt etc.)
·  Prepare the right deliverable/ version at the right time (wireframe, mockup, prototype) and conduct tests systematically to validate the solution or iterate
·  Set up onboarding tours or contextual help to ease the understanding of the screens
·  Participate in our visibility by writing articles, organise meet-ups, animate conferences etc.
·  Manage side projects linked to user experience or main customer experience

Preferred Experience

·  You have at least 2 years experience as a UX/UI designer or a product designer, ideally in a software company
·  You have a portfolio of relevant design work
·  You master Sketch and Invision, or equivalents
·  You have a user-centered approach to designing software for people
·  You have experienced working with engineers and product managers to drive strategy, vision, and execution
·  You know HTML, CSS and JS languages, and have a good knowledge of back-end development
·  You have a very strong knowledge of the current technical stacks
·  Public speaking is easy for you
·  You are curious about digital topics, technology and above all design trends!
·  You speak English fluently
