Job Description

Own demand generation and mindshare growth for Cede Hub - turning our campaigns, products, and partnerships into measurable pipeline, active traders, and brand leadership across X/Twitter, Telegram and Discord.

· 
Generate Demand:

·  Build a Communication Strategy for the target users and clients
·  Produce Content and Assets and collaborate with Clients to amplify our campaigns and partnerships
·  Ensure Campaign Surfaces (landing pages; social posts from Cede, clients, and KOLs; X spaces; blog posts) are conversion-ready
·  Nurture the Community by supporting users (onboarding, bugs, feature requests), keeping them updated with our development and activities, and organizing engagement activities
· 
Grow Mindshare:

·  Define and consistently reinforce our value proposition to users and clients
·  Build and maintain strong and consistent branding , messaging and visibility across channels
·  Track and publishing success stories , case studies , and testimonials from both clients and users
·  Host/Join relevant events and communities targeting our clients and users

Outcomes

· 
Increase number of Weekly and Monthly Active Users

· 
Improve Users Retention Rate and Life-time Value over Customer Acquisition Cost ratio (LTV/CAC)

· 
Increase Share of Mind and Share of Voice (for CEX Trading Campaigns first; extensible to new product lines)

Preferred Experience

Requirements:

· 
Web3 Knowledge: Solid grasp of CEX/DEX dynamics, token issuer GTMs, trader incentives. market makers’ motivations, and CEX listing KPIs.

· 
Marketing Experience: 3–6+ years in content/lifecycle/community or product marketing; proven record shipping cross‑channel campaigns that move sign‑ups and usage.

· 
Content Craft & Editorial: Excellent writing for threads, emails, blogs, and landing copy; knows hooks, framing, and CTA psychology; basic video/short‑form editing is a plus.

· 
Growth & Conversion: Comfort with A/B testing, funnel diagnostics, UTMs, and experimentation; familiarity with Mixpanel (or equivalent) and dashboards.

· 
Community & Events: Experience running Telegram/Discord programs, AMAs/Spaces, physical events and feedback loops.

· 
Collaboration & Ownership: Highly organized, can manage multiple campaigns, maintain tight calendars, and coordinate cross-functional tasks.

· 
Communication: Fluent English (written & verbal); concise, persuasive, and brand‑safe.

Nice to have:

· 
Co‑marketing experiences with exchanges/launchpads and KOL.

· 
Multilingual for regional pushes.

· 
SEO & PR chops (briefing reporters, securing coverage, SERP hygiene).

· 
Tooling familiarity: Notion, Webflow/Framer, Figma, HubSpot/CRM, Typeform, MixPanel.

Recruitment Process

· 
First Interview with Head of Growth and Marketing to get acquainted, learn about your background, and ensure our values align.

· 
Second Interview with Head of Growth and Marketing to assess your Web3 knowledge, Cede Labs product and go-to-market understanding.

· 
Assessment Test (48 hours to finish) to evaluate your marketing approach, reasoning, and way of working

· 
Third Interview with other Team Members (especially with colleagues you’ll collaborate with closely) to get to know each other.

· 
Final Interview to provide feedback, introduce our ways of working, and address any questions you may have.
