THE TEAM
As the Head of Marketing Growth for France & Southern Europe, you will lead the growth strategies and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across multiple regions, including France, Spain, and Italy. You will be responsible for launching, tracking, and optimizing programs and campaigns to acquire and move prospects and customers down the funnel, ultimately generating pipeline and revenue. This role involves managing a small team and collaborating closely with sales, partner marketing, and regional teams to build and activate a comprehensive growth strategy.

YOUR MISSION
· Lead acquisition campaigns across multiple channels from ideation to reporting, including Paid (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Capterra/GetApp) and Organic (Social Media) platforms
· Develop and execute demand generation programs (events, partner marketing, advertising) with messaging tailored to specific personas and target audiences
· Collaborate closely with sales teams to align on personas, messaging, and support collateral for lead nurturing, account-based marketing (ABM), and partner-based marketing (PBM)
· Plan and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns, with a focus on partner and ideal customer profile (ICP) targets in Southern Europe
· Own the marketing budget for new business and customer retention, ensuring alignment with sales initiatives and quarterly business plans
· Oversee and coordinate key tradeshows and events across France, Spain, and Italy, ensuring strategic partner involvement
· Improve lead nurturing streams to ensure smooth progression through the sales funnel
· Analyze campaign performance, identify insights (key wins, challenges, opportunities), and take actions to optimize results
· Explore and identify new growth opportunities for customer acquisition and engagement
· Contribute to SEO strategy through collaboration with external freelancers or support teams
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
· Experience in digital demand generation strategy within high technology B2B enterprise software or SaaS, preferably with a growth-focused approach
· Proven ability to define metrics, develop execution plans, and implement improvements for demand generation campaigns
· Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team and collaborating across regions
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills, with a proactive and experimental mindset
· Entrepreneurial and ownership mentality; you take the initiative and are eager to find creative solutions to challenges
· Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Pardot (or HubSpot), Zapier, and WordPress is a plus
· Native proficiency in French or Spanish, fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is highly desirable
