L'Oréal is transforming into a Beauty Tech powerhouse. To support this ambition, we are building the IT of the Future: a resilient, agile, and employee-centric ecosystem. As the Group Modern Workplace Director, you are the architect of this digital transformation. You are responsible for defining the global strategy, designing innovative solutions, and orchestrating the roadmap for our collaboration and endpoint management platforms (M365, Intune, Tanium, etc.). Your goal is to ensure that every L'Oréal employee, worldwide, has access to the most advanced, secure, and efficient digital tools.
Reporting to the Group CTO, you lead all the Modern Workplace (EndPoint & Digital Workpalce) organization and set the pace for innovation within technical domain.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Vision & Roadmap
· Define the 3-year vision for the Modern Workplace domain in alignment with Beauty Tech goals.
· Own the Global Roadmap : prioritize new features, service evolutions, and technological pivots (e.g., AI integration with Copilot, advanced automation).
· Service Design : Lead the design of "Ready-to-Use" services that can be deployed at scale across all Zones and Hubs (including India Tech Hub).
Innovation & Build Leadership
· Lead the Build Team : Manage a high-level team of architects and project managers focused on engineering and new deployments.
· Technology Watch : Anticipate market trends and conduct Proof of Concepts (PoC) to evaluate the impact of new technologies on employee productivity.
· Vendor Management (Strategic) : Manage the relationship with key partners (Microsoft, Tanium, etc.) to influence their product roadmaps according to L'Oréal's needs.
Governance & Global Standards
· Standardization : Define and enforce global technical standards, security baselines, and "Blueprints" for the entire Group.
· Compliance & Security by Design : Ensure all new solutions meet the highest cybersecurity standards in collaboration with the CISO office.
· Architecture Review : Validate technical choices and deploy them to the local hubs to ensure global consistency.
Cross-Domain Orchestration
· Strategic Liaison : Act as the bridge between Global Infra, Security, and Business units to ensure the Workplace ecosystem supports business-specific needs.
· Hub Empowerment : Provide the India Tech Hub and Zone teams with the frameworks and tools they need to operate the "Run" effectively.
KEY ACTIVITIES & TASKS
· Roadmap Execution : Drive the transition from legacy systems to modern, cloud-native solutions (e.g., full Cloud-Managed Endpoints).
· Financial Management : Manage the CAPEX/OPEX budget for the Build domain and ensure the ROI of new technological investments.
· Change Management Strategy : Define the global adoption strategy for new tools, ensuring a seamless "Employee Experience."
· Complex Project Steering : Direct high-impact global programs (e.g., global migrations, large-scale security hardening).
· Policy Definition : Draft and update global policies regarding device management, collaboration etiquette, and data protection in the workplace.
· Performance Metrics : Define the "Experience KPIs" (XLA) to measure the real impact of the roadmap on employee satisfaction and productivity.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
· Expertise : Deep knowledge of M365 ecosystem, Intune, Tanium,
· Experience : Proven track record in leading global IT transformations and managing complex roadmaps in a multinational environment.
· Leadership : Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and lead remote, multi-cultural engineering teams.
· Mindset : Strategic thinker, "Product Management" approach to IT services, and a strong focus on User Experience (UX)
