We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate (Right Hand to CEO) to work directly with the founders on strategy, research, growth, and operations.

If you enjoy figuring things out, moving fast, and helping a startup scale from the inside — this role is for you.

Job Description

You’ll work directly with the founders across strategy, growth, and operations .

From day one you’ll:

Research markets, competitors, and emerging tools in AI, devtools, and reliability

Structure insights that help the team make better product and GTM decisions

Support growth initiatives (outbound, messaging, experiments)

Help organize events and engage with the engineering community

Contribute to internal planning, documentation, and operational initiatives

Work on special founder projects across product, growth, or strategy

You’ll help turn signals into clarity and ideas into execution.

Preferred Experience

Experience in:

Startups, consulting, or VC

AI, developer tools, or infrastructure

Market research or growth experiments

Community building or events

You’ll likely thrive here if you:
