A Day in the Life
Reporting to the General Management for Ethics team, you will join a central team responsible for promoting the principles of Integrity, Respect, Courage, and Transparency that underpin our reputation. As an Ethics Officer, you will provide key support for the deployment of our global programs.
Your responsibilities will revolve around the following areas:
· Reviewing and updating ethics policies:
· Conduct regular reviews of our policies and guides to ensure their alignment with regulatory changes and international standards.
· Coordinate contributions from expert departments (Legal, HR, Purchasing) to ensure content relevance.
· Ensure messages are clear and accessible for consistent dissemination to all employees.
· Managing awareness projects and initiatives:
· Actively participate in the preparation for Ethics Day, our global awareness event.
· Collect the data required for L'Oréal's application as one of the "World's Most Ethical Companies".
· Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative training tools (e-learning, educational materials).
· Provide methodological support to our global network of Ethics Correspondents in their local projects.
· Reporting and measuring our ethics culture:
· Administer data collection tools and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends.
· Contribute to writing the ethics-related sections of non-financial performance reports.
· Respond to requests from ESG rating agencies.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with solid expertise in ethics or compliance, able to navigate with agility in an international environment. Your rigor and ability to synthesize complex information will be essential to succeed in your missions. You demonstrate strong autonomy and absolute discretion.

You have confirmed professional experience of 2 to 3 years in the ethics/compliance department of a large international group or a specialized consulting firm, a Master's degree (Business Law, Ethics, Compliance, CSR, Business School), and are fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
