Job Description

In the department of Art, Culture & Heritage team, we are looking for a Chef de Projet - Art Culture et Patrimoine (Fixed-Term contract) !

A Day in the Life

As part of the Art, Culture & Heritage team, you will play a key role in bringing the unique history and heritage of the L'Oréal Group to life. This cross-functional mission will place you at the center of requests from our brands, social media, HR, and even top management, giving you a 360-degree view of the business.

Your main responsibilities will be:

·  Showcasing & Communication: You will contribute to corporate and historical projects by conducting research in our image database (DAM) and managing asset rights clearance.
·  Project Management & Advisory: You will help develop strategic projects that enhance our corporate heritage and image, create compelling presentations, and track content updates.
·  Archives & Curation: You will handle the digitization and indexing of our archives, manage requests for physical assets, and ensure our heritage database is expertly maintained.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a curious and organized individual who can skillfully navigate between in-depth strategic projects and diverse, fast-paced requests. You thrive in a role that blends service, analysis, and strategy.

To succeed in this position, you have:

·  A strong affinity for or initial experience in corporate heritage, image rights management, or iconography.
·  Excellent project management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks with autonomy and proactivity.
·  Experience with a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system is a plus.
·  A strong capacity for collaborative work and outstanding communication skills .
·  Fluency in French is required, and a good command of English is a plus.
